MDS KhanLex Partner Maizorig Janchivdorj has been appointed as a member for Mongolia of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce
June 23, 2017. Ulaanbaatar city. Maizorig Janchivdorj, Partner and Head of Dispute resolution practice of the firm has been appointed as a member for Mongolia of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). His term starts 1 July 2017.

Commenting on his appointment, Maizorig said “I am honored as being appointed as a Member for Mongolia of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC. The ICC – the world’s largest business organization – plays a critical leadership role internationally in promoting the use of neutral, fair and effective dispute resolution and is one of a handful of world class institutions at the forefront of the development of arbitration.”
As a head of the Dispute resolution practice, Maizorig has involved in 5 international arbitration, administered by ICC (2) and Mongolian International and National Arbitration Center (MINAC) (3) throughout 2016-2017. He achieved (and participated in) successful settlement of 3 arbitration in Mongolia and Singapore. In addition to this, he actively participated in formulating Concept paper of the newly adopted Arbitration law of Mongolia.
