Mongolia has been recognized as a country enacted the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration
February 17, 2017. Ulaanbaatar city. Following the enactment of the revised Law of Mongolia on Arbitration by the Parliament of Mongolia on January 26, 2017, Mongolia was recognized as a country that based its legislation on the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration (1985), with amendments as adopted in 2006. The choice of Mongolian law and arbitration in international disputes is expected to be promoted as a result of being recognized as a Model Law jurisdiction.
