Book launch: “Project Finance Fundamentals”

MDS and KhanLex proudly launched its new book on Project finance, co-authored by Ayaz Shaikh, the Partner of Sidley Austin LLP and Maizorig Janchivdorj, the Managing Partner of MDS and KhanLex LLP.

The book covers fundamentals of Project finance, including, key participants, key documents, risk and some legal consideration in drafting and negotiating such documents. It also covered certain topics which require Mongolian law contents.

The book is published in both English and Mongolian side by side, which makes it reader friendly.
